This Fall, Hi Noon Hospitality will open a new Mediterranean-inspired restaurant in the Scottsdale Mall that will celebrate all things Mediterranean: food, culture, heritage, and more. It's called Pinyon and has been hyped as a sophisticated coastal culinary experience.
We're already counting down the days until Autumn.

Pinyon will offer an authentic Mediterranean experience inspired by the coastal landscapes of Turkey, France, Italy, Malta, Spain, Greece, and Morocco. The menu will include open-flame grilled dishes, pita made in-house, seasonal salads, dishes inspired by traditional Mediterranean food, and an ever-changing menu of spreads and dips. It will feature a beautiful outdoor patio for alfresco dining and a relaxed Mediterranean atmosphere along the Scottsdale park.
The atmosphere and food are all tied together under Pinyon’s commitment to honor the diverse culinary heritage of every dish, spanning more than twenty countries, and sourcing the best ingredients from around the world.
In the end, Hi Noon founder and Pinyon creator, Adam Strecker, hopes that this new eating experience will foster “a sense of community, one plate at a time.”
When you go to Pinyon, you will literally be getting a taste of the Mediterranean.
