Shiv Supper Club is about to shake up Scottsdale’s scene in the best way possible. Opening Wednesday May 14th to the public in the heart of Old Town (7373 E Camelback Rd), this brand-new concept from Riot Hospitality Group is the Valley’s first-ever fine dining supper club — and yes, it’s just as decadent as it sounds.

Shiv is bringing modern elegance that meets 1920's jazz-era style: cascading greenery, sculptural design, moody lighting, and entertainment that doesn’t just play in the background — it takes the stage. Nightly performances fuse house music, pop, and visual storytelling into a fully immersive dinner-meets-show experience.

The Menu was crafted by culinary powerhouses Dustin Cooke and Chef Jeff Mahin (you might recognize his name from Michelin-starred kitchens) and Shiv’s menu is a sensory journey. Highlights include the Scallop Crudo, the Smoke Show Chowder, and the jaw-dropping Colossal Tomahawk steak, presented tableside. Don’t skip the truffle butter bread service — it’s also served tableside with freshly shaved truffles to make the meal even more decadent.

And for dessert, what would Shiv be if they didn't make this experience as over the top as everything else? When the clock strikes 9:30PM on Fridays and Saturdays, Shiv transforms into something even more indulgent: The Dessert Room. Pastry Chef Nundi Harris has created a collection of 12 exclusive desserts you can only get during Dessert Room hours. Think “Dessert Caviar,” a Fruity Pebbles Pearl Cake, and a Bananas Foster Baked Alaska flambéed right at your table.

Dinner. Drinks. Dessert. Drama. Shiv Supper Club is redefining what it means to go out in Scottsdale — and trust us, you’re going to want a reservation.
