It’s officially spooky season in the Valley, and one local company is getting into the Halloween spirit in the creepiest (and most fun) way possible. Burns Pest Elimination has announced its “Best Pest” Photo Contest, giving locals the chance to show off their most hair-raising pest encounters — from spiders and scorpions to rats, bats, and everything that gives you the creepy-crawlies.
Between now and October 31, 2025, Valley residents can send in their scariest pest photos for a chance to win three months of free pest control services — a prize valued at $500.
“From spiders and scorpions to rats, bats, mosquitoes, bees, termites and other spooky pests, we welcome people to submit their creepiest pest photos,” says Austin Burns of Burns Pest Elimination. “Our summer monsoon storms have definitely stirred up a lot of pest activity, so it’s prime time to snap a few shots.”
