Bienvenue à l'automne à Francine: Welcome fall at Francine Restaurant

Scottsdale hot spot Francine, known for their dim lighting and delectable bites, has just released their fall menu from Chef Remy Lefebvre.



The Chef's fall selections consist of: Cured Ham & Melon (appetizer), Bluefin Tuna Tartar (appetizer), Endive Salad, Duck Pithiviers, Pear Belle Helene.



Each dish is delicious and delights the senses from the colors to the flavors to the crunch of the endive in the salad. The standout appetizer, for us, was the Bluefin Tuna Tartar that comes cured with figs and grapes. The fruit is a surprising addition that enhances the flavor of the tuna perfectly.



The main dish of Duck Pithiviers came to the table steaming hot and did not dissapoint with foie gras, truffle & a fig and basil gastrique inside the puff pastry. It was the perfect top off to the savory portion of the meal.



Saving the best for last was the dessert Pear Belle Helene. The sweet and soft pear was accompanied by cream and hot cholocate sauce poured table-side. It was perfect with the glass of red wine our server suggested with our duck.




This fall menu leaves nothing lacking and is a true departure from standard fare in Scottsdale, Arizona. I highlight recommend getting a reservation at Francine asap! Details below:
